  • Estimated delivery times range between 7–12 business days, depending on the product and supplier location.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other unforeseen events.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

  • In the event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at support within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • We may offer a replacement at our discretion if the item is deemed defective or incorrect.

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

We strive to ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that product details are error-free or exactly as shown, especially due to differences in supplier stock, packaging, or monitor display settings.
